My work here is done. The team is standing and the most profitable business unit in the company. It has taken hard work to get here and I have a small part in it. A managing director has been hired, he starts 1 February so now the business really will be 'by India, for India'.
And that was my goal.

Congratulations, I guess, if it doesn't make you too melancholy. You'll still be able to go visit and see how well they're doing — I'm guessing you have enough miles!
